The South American jungle- it is the slowly crawling rivers, flowing along the twisted riverbeds surrounded with the dense curtains of the forest. The huge trees are standing alone, out of reach of the deadly vines- these are the giants of the Rain Forest.
This is the background of the unprecedented Celebration of Life, arranged by the Orchid Family at the breath-taking height of a gigantic tree that could be named the Tree of Life.
The red wing of the butterfly symbolizes the starting point, the “head of the family” waives his arm as if exclaiming “Let’s go!”
The snail and the lizard together with the butterfly create the triad, symbolizing the playful movement of the orchid flowers from the slow monotonous crawling to the excitement of the flight.
